Our mission is to do everything possible to help those achieve their goals. We do that by delivering the best online coaching at your fingertips and our platform of fitness, iLoveKickboxing.

ABOUT THE iLOVEKICKBOXING EXPERIENCE
Warm Up - We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises & HIIT training like squats, lunges, burpess & more! We're getting you loose and ready for your kickboxing workout, while burning fat along the way!
Stretching - Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel fresh, revitalized to perform those kickboxing moves like a total champ! Not to mention these help prevent injuries!
Bag Work - Now it's time to strap on your gloves and hit those bags! We're going to punch and kick those calories right off your body! You'll learn a variety of moves and techniques for self defense!
Partner Drills - This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast!
Cool Down - The heart has been beating like crazy all workout! Now it's time to cool it down and help you relax so you can get back home feeling simply awesome!
Community - It's everything! It's not just the workout, it's not just the cool moves or the fancy gear (Although all of that stuff is cool too!), it's about the people you meet and get to work with! It's together we train, succeed, and reach out goals! It's alone that we slack, fail, and never reach our goals!
To encourage a strong community and to emphasize the role models of our team, we also award a KICKBOXER OF THE MONTH to represent our gyms values and success! Ask us how YOU can end up on the wall!
We also commemorate your milestones and benchmarks with celebrations of your 25th, 50th, 75th ... class! Plus a SPECIAL award for our 200th class! We're still not done though - we also run community events, fundraisers, volunteering, raffles, fun prizes, and so much more!
6 WEEK CHALLENGE
This is the same program we've used to help HUNDREDS of people. We've got it down to a science. We know you may have tried other programs in the past and have had little to no results. Using certain movements, work-to-rest ratios, and the right amount of resistance, your body is able to tap into its own "burning machine". It may sound backward, but we usually tell people to eat MORE to keep up. Want to know the coolest part? This can be done in or out of the gym, so it's great for people with busy schedules!
If you've ever wondered what you should be eating to hit your goals, this plan will show you how. Each new participant receives as customized meal plan, grocery guide, eating out guide, and FAQ. This meal plan covers EVERYTHING. What to buy at the grocery store, how to prepare and cook the meals, and what to order at restaurants. Say goodbye to boring meal plans and restrictions and hello to the jeans in the back of the closet.
None of this matters if the work doesn't get done. Stats tell us that most people QUIT because they didn't have someone holding them accountable. Think about it. There's probably 2,789 articles on "how to get fit" on the internet. We're able to help people make transformations because THEY are accountable to their goals. We just continue to remind them WHY they started and offer professional support along the way. Plus, we have advanced content around FINISHING the challenge, and that's the real secret!
