"Hero" Hiruni 

Our very own Hiruni was a former dance instructor & competitive dancer who transferred over to Kickboxing! She brings the same grace, flexibility, and technique to her fight, so don't mess with her! She's got fast hands and loves teaching your classes!

"Burpee" John

John comes from a Muay Thai background and favours strong (and sometimes FANCY) kicks! He makes you sweat, but also knows when to slow you down to focus on proper techniques and forms! He focuses on technique and maximum muscle toning so you can start showing off those GAINS!

Russel the "Hustle"

Russel brings a wealth of education in terms of body motion, flexibility, mobility, and safe exercise! He's well-versed and is an expert at adjusting your workout to suit any needs and difficulty level. He'll be able to work around injuries and inexperience with a big smile! He loves to punch hard and move his feet on the mats (as well as dancing it out on TikTok!) His education also includes nutrition & recovery!

"Not So Average" Ashley 

Ashley comes to us with a martial arts background. Trained in TaekWondo, she obtained her 2nd Dan Black Belt as well as represented Team Alberta at a National level for 2 consecutive years. Ashley is always working on speed and defensive techniques. A typical class will be high intensity and you can expect a ton of kicks in your combos! Ashley has a huge passion for the fitness culture and is currently striving for her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification. When not in the studio she enjoys hiking with her 170lb dog, Knuckles or zooming around on her dirt bike during the summer or snowboarding the mountains in the winter.

"Sensei" Avery

From Karate to Muay Thai to Jiu Jitsu to Capoeira, Avery brings experience from a lot of different martial arts! He emphasizes the freedom of movement that you didn't know your body was capable of, plus some killer combinations when you hit that bag!
