Here at iLoveKickboxing, our first love is deliver an INTENSE, FUN, and CHALLENGING workout. We aspire to see our members become more confident, learn practical self-defense, and most importantly: SWEAT! However, the fight at the gym isn’t our only fight. Proper Nutrition is a fundamental to flourish a healthy, happy lifestyle!

Lets look at some of the facts

  • Poor nutrition is roughly THREE times WORSE for your health status than having low or no fitness!

  • Nutrition is the #1 factor impacting health; even topping tobacco-related risks!

  •  A 2017 study found that obesity now drives more early, preventable deaths than SMOKING! 

  •  91% of prescriptions filled are attributable to chronic diseases, most of which are related to poor diet! 

  • The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 80% of heart disease, stroke, Type 2 Diabetes cases could be prevented by proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle!
